Clocks and Boxes

In readiness for our forthcoming Open Studios event we are making a variety of boxes (photo soon). We are also planning a few clocks, so our theme for the NEOS 2010 is "Clocks and Boxes" or "Boxes and Clocks" if that is easier to say.

Remember we are taking part in a North East Scotland wide event so you will be able pick up a brochure around the north east. North East Open Studios for 2010 will feature 254 artists, makers and galleries.

Our studio can be found by heading for the large golf ball-shaped radar station on the New Aberdour Road. We are open every day during the NEOS 2010 event, so just pop in.

Directions:
From Fraserburgh: Take A98 Banff road for 6.5 miles until Boyndlie Crossroads. Take right to New Aberdour, after 400 yards turn right. You may see the direction of the workshop by the white golf ball-shaped radar station.

We are under new management!

Due to the changing financial climate we are forced to re-evaluate our accounting procedures.

As from 6th April 2010 the directors of Genius Design Solutions Limited have resolved to sell the company to former director, John C. Crook, 6 Mid Street, Rosehearty, Fraserburgh, AB43 7JS. The changes will be reflected over all our websites during the coming months.

All contact information and services will remain the same.

John will continue to offer the same level of service to all existing and new customers, but as the sole proprietor.

Environmental Policy

We have taken steps to protect our environment. We view our position from a personal level looking out and what impact we are having on the space we are occupying.

Every time we make a decision we have to evaluate the long term consequences of our actions and our position in our planet and the universe.

The decisions we are making on a daily basis cover all the activities we are undertaking, such as: timber procurement, supplies and delivery of goods, waste production and handling.
